Mission
To design, develop, and deliver an integrated and comprehensive continuum of high quality child and family services that reflect community, family, and children’s values, needs, and interests.
Licensed Child Care Programs
Early Childhood Education and Care Programs
Licensed quality child care for children three months to school age; full-day and part-day programs for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and children with extra support needs. Our programs are culturally diverse and each one follows a program curriculum which focuses on learning through play and support the healthy development of children.
School Age Programs
Licensed programs for children for children Kindergarten to Grade 7. Through a planned curriculum, our Before and After School Programs focus on literacy, sports and recreation, arts, drama, community outings, and homework support. Programs operate full days during school holidays.
Family Programs
Family Place Drop-in Programs for families with children under six years old operate in most of our centres and in a number of community locations. Family Places are open at different times of the week including days, evenings and weekends. The program goals are to further develop the strengths and skills of families through providing networking opportunities; access to support services and resources; a lending library; and training and information on the healthy development of children in the early years.
Parenting Programs operate on an on-going basis and offer a wide variety of support services, resources, and education opportunities, including workshops and literacy-based programs such as Parent-Child Mother Goose and the Nobody’s Perfect parenting series.
